Refund Policy

Try before you buy: every install of VoidNotch includes a free Pro trial, and the Community edition is free forever. If you buy Pro and it is not working out, here is how refunds work.

How refunds are handled

VoidNotch Pro is sold through Polar, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Polar under their refund terms. To request one, reply to your Polar purchase receipt or email us at support@voidnotch.com with your order details, and we will help you through Polar.

Before you buy

Because a free trial and a free Community edition let you evaluate VoidNotch first, we ask that you make sure it works on your Mac before purchasing, in particular that your Mac is Apple Silicon and running macOS 14 or later.
